Wayne Edward Buck, age 74, of Glenwood, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

He was born in Murfreesboro on October 23, 1951. He was the son of Raymond Buck and Bobbie Ann Collins Buck. Wayne was preceded in death by his parents.

On April 5, 1973, Wayne married the love of his life, Ketha Anderson Buck. He was the owner of Wayne Buck Auto Sales in Glenwood for 30 years. He was an avid deer hunter and loved saltwater fishing. He enjoyed being with his dogs, working on his property, being on the Caddo River, and looking for arrowheads and driftwood. After retirement, he spent some time volunteering at the Glenwood Animal Shelter. Most of all, Wayne loved being with his family and friends. Wayne was the best husband, dad, papaw, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 53 years, Ketha Buck of Glenwood; his daughter, Vanessa Buck of Hot Springs; his son and daughter-in-law, Evan and Heather Buck of Benton; his grandson, Maddox Crow; his siblings and their spouses, Patsy and Carl Fox of Bentonville, JoAnn Tidwell of Glenwood, Jimmy and Judy Buck of Glenwood, Cordelia Strickland of Booneville, and Elizabeth and Steve Martin of Redfield; his father-in-law, Walter Anderson of Caddo Gap; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Kerry and Billy Grant; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.

Funeral Services were held Monday, May 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at First Church of the Nazarene in Glenwood with Steven McGrew officiating. Visitation was held an hour prior to services. Interment was at Oak Grove Cemetery.
